To direct, manage and coordinate all activities associated with Manufacturing, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Materials Management, Quality Improvement and Finance
Responsible for formulation and adherence to annual budgets
Increasing production, Cost Reduction, Waste management, Vendor Development and negotiations
Break down analysis and corrective actions
Fulfilling legal requirements
Conducting internal audit and training programs
Spares management, Energy consumption, Utility management and Oil management
monitoring, inventory management and cost optimization.
Process Improvement, Rejection Control
