Job Profile -
Inspection of all incoming (BOP, Raw Material, Job work, machined) parts.
Vendor audits, Vendor up gradation, as per Customer Requirement.
Measurement system analysis (MSA).
Problem solving by Statistical tool SPC.
Work on CMM as per Requirement.
Analysis of Line Problem and take corrective actions using 7QC tools.
Handling & Preparation of MACE Activity like MPS , Presentations etc.
Handling & Preparation of Documentation like Process Flow Chart, Control Plan, Process FMEA, Inspection Standard, IN-Process Inspection Check sheet, Rejection Trends, History Card etc.
Knowledge of Special Process Like MIG Welding, Spot & Projection Welding using new methods of system to improve Quality and Productivity
Analysis of in process rework/rejection.
Training given to vendors e.g SPC, MSA, FMEA & PPAP.
Process Audits
Develop Procedure / Systems
Delivery of Defect free production and on Time Development

Purchase of Casting, Forging, Sheet Metal and fabricated item like
Pressure Back Plate 15', 14', Hub 51001, 2004, 167
Zero base costing for New product for sheet metal, Forging, fabricated & Machined component.
Lubricants and Chemicals for heat treatment, maintenance etc
Metals and metal powders for coating and Consumable items
Assessment, Negotiation, Audit and Selection of Vendors
Preparation of Purchase Orders
Planning, coordination, forecasting and implementation of procurement activities
Purchase planning for both imported & local components
